CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be used for any illegal activities. If for any reason we feel that any of our animals have been abused or mistreated in any way, we have the right to use the law to the fullest extent to reacquire any animal sold to a customer. If you for any reason can no longer take care of your animal, you are obligated to contact CONVERSE BULLIES to give us an opportunity to find a new home for the animal.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:
Deposit are $1,000 and must be paid in full before a pup is considered ON HOLD PENDING PURCHASE ; unless prior arrangements have made, all deposits are none refundable and will go towards the total cost of your pup. Deposit made on upcoming or future breeding are safe and guaranteed, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another CONVERSE BULLIES future breeding; However if a deposit was made on a future breeding and the Sir or Dam where to die prior to the breeding then the deposit would be fully refundable or transferable to another breeding. Deposits are nontransferable after the puppy is 3 weeks of age unless pre-arrangements have been made on a future breeding due to Unforeseen Circumstances.
All purchases are to be paid in full by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age unless extended arrangements were made between Converse Bully and the buyer of which all arrangements will be documented through email or contract. After 8 weeks if the pup is not paid in full or picked up, the buyer will give up all rights to the puppy. Shipping can be $350 and up (at the buyers cost) to anywhere in the U.S or Canada. Other countries will be calculated on a case by case basis. All payments can be made by Cash, Money Gram, Western Union and PayPal.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of the sale. The puppy will be current on all vaccinations and de-worming. The purchaser agrees to take his or her puppy to a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of date of purchase for a physical examination at the buyers cost. Should the puppy be determined to have a serious illness at that time, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, you must let us know immediately, the puppy may upon written diagnosis from a licensed Veterinarian, be returned for another puppy of equal value, or refund. No refunds will be given, or airfare refunded after 72 hours of purchase, we release all liability for illness. We guarantee any life threatening genetic defect that will shorten the puppy's life before the age of 6 months old. Should the puppy be determined to have any life threatening genetic defect that would shorten their life before the age of 6 months old and the cause is clearly attributable to the seller, a written diagnosis from at least 2 licensed Veterinarians must be given to CONVERSE BULLIES. Upon obtaining this documentation we reserve the right to exchange that puppy for another puppy of equal value or you may have your choice of pick from the next up-coming litter. The buyer is responsible for all fees we will not give refunds, pay for vet or airfare fees. If the replacement puppy is of greater value, the seller will deduct the original purchase price for the purchase of a new puppy. If the puppy is over 6 months we release all liability, the choice to be determined by the seller. We must get a signed copy of this contract before the puppy is released/shipped…. Thank you!
